General Terms of Travel
12. Passport, Visa and Health Regulations
It is the TO's responsibility to inform German citizens about passport, visa and health regulations and notify them of any changes which may come into effect.
13. Invalidity of Individual Provisions
The invalidity of individual provisions of the travel contract will not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
14. Validity of Catalogue
The previous brochure and all travel advertisements still in circulation lose their validity with the publication of this internet brochure and new prices.
15. Place of Jurisdiction
Travellers can only bring action against the TO at the TO's seat of business. If the TO brings action against a traveller, the traveller's place of residence will be decisive unless the action is brought against individuals entered in the Commercial Register or persons who do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or against persons who moved their place of residence or habitual abode to a foreign country after signing the contract or whose place of residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought. In these cases, the seat of the TO will apply.
