General Terms of Travel

1. Conclusion of a Tourist Travel Contract
When applying, the customer makes a binding offer for the
conclusion of a tourist travel contract to TAUCHCLUB GALIOTE (TO). The application can be made in writing or online. It is made by the applicant for all participants listed in the application for whose contractual obligations the applicant vouches in the same manner as for his/her own contractual obligations, provided that he/she has taken on a separate obligation to this effect by means of an express and separate declaration. The contract is brought about with acceptance by the TO. Acceptance does not require any specific form. If the contents of the travel confirmation deviate from the contents of the application, the TO will make a new offer to which he/she is bound for a period of ten days. The contract is brought about on the basis of this new offer if the traveller declares acceptance to the TO within the obligation deadline.

2. Payment
Part payments on the tour price may only be made prior to travel against the issue of a travel protection certificate in accordance with Art. 651k BGB (German Civil Code). Upon receipt of a written booking from the customer, he/she will receive confirmation of booking along with an invoice and travel protection certificate from the TO per regular mail. The customer must then make an immediate down-payment amounting to 10% of the total cost of the trip per bank transfer. The remaining sum is due 4 weeks before the trip is scheduled to begin. The TO will send the travel documents to the customer upon receipt of the remaining sum, but no later than 2 weeks before the trip is due to commence. With bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the trip, the entire sum is due for immediate payment against the issue of the travel protection certificate and travel documents.
